Collaboration
Collaboration is key to our success. Collaboration is thus highly encouraged for NGS-related methodology incorporation and protocol optimization so as to meet your research requirements and demands. We are thrived to work with a large network of collaborators, on and off the campus, to gather and analyze data, exchange expert perspectives, and search for new discoveries so as to transform basic and translational research.
We will gladly provide letters of support for your grant application. In addition to offering free-of-charge consultations, we will help generate proof-of-principle data in support of your grant application. We can also contribute Materials and Methods information for manuscripts that include experiments done in the BIG Core, as well as bioinformatics data analysis results.

We provide a wide spectrum of NGS options and a wide range of library preparation services for different NGS platforms. Due to the high complexity of NGS technologies and methodologies, followed by the high complexity of bioinformatics analyses, consultation is highly recommended before starting your NGS-related projects.
